Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Handmade items may take slightly longer (please allow 1-2 weeks for processing/making)

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free local pickup may be available (if applicable).

Tracking & Delivery: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays & Lost Packages: Once your package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you track them down.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
